Passive Prone Technique is the brain child of Osteopath J.R.Bayliss. Many thousands of hours of experimentation and research went into understanding the forces that create harmonious and synchronous pelvic and spinal articulation.

The DVD shows with practical step by step instructions how to diagnose the two main types of posture dysfunction based on the way L3 usually  locks. In most cases this is side-bent and rotated to the right or side-bent left and rotated right.  The DVD then goes on to describe how to practically apply whole-body PPT manipulation to correct the Osteopathic lesions that caused the posture dysfunction.
